El cantautor panameño llegó el 16 de julio al aeropuerto Simón Bolívar, en Maiquetía, estado Vargas; quien ofrecerá un concierto el 22 de julio en el evento Viva la música, con la Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil, Gustavo Dudamel y Franco de Vita con el que se une para interpretar “Maestra vida”.
Cumpliendo ya 64 años Blades asegura que le falta mucho por hacer, todavía busca tiempo para escribir, pensar en regresar a la universidad para obtener un doctorado, y no descarta la idea de volver a servir a su país desde un cargo gubernamental.
Rubén Blades se ha convertido en uno de los personajes más influyentes de Latinoamérica, donde se le reconoce como “El poeta o la Leyenda Viviente de la Salsa” y es el principal protagonista del evento.
La base aérea La Carlota se convierte en el escenario para la realización de “viva La música”. Un evento que reúne a más de 200.000 personas quienes disfrutarán de un espectáculo aéreo deportivo que incluirá paracaídas y aviones coordinado por la fuerza aérea de Venezuela y respaldado por el sistema nacional de orquestas, fundado por el gran maestro José Antonio Abreu, cuyo objetivo es difundir los valores, la educación y la cultura.
